Every year, BCT picks an individual(s) who have gone out of their way to help BCT by volunteering throughout the year(s) to helping BCT become even better and a mainstay in the community of Brookings.  Established in 2003, the BCT Board of Directors have been giving this award to outstanding volunteers in our organizations.
